Exhibition Description
A massive photographic exhibition that occupied the roof garden of Rome’s prestigious palazzo degli esposizioni for two weeks in June of 1996. It received extensive coverage in the natioanl media including an 8 page spread in La Repubblia’s colour supplement il venerdi.
It comprised a re hanging of my Chocolate photos and my Mediterranean angels as well as two new series of photographs. The first was a series of large colour images taken at Rome Zoo and another new series of black and white photos taken in Naples hung freely from the specially made circus tent ceiling. The pasta company sponsoring the Naples photos built a working Vesuvius volcano from pasta.
